Note: There are two additional pages on Caron. Remembering Caron (here) and Memoirs of Caron (here)

Above: Taken days before a professional intervention which failed (in that Caron refused the treatment she was offered), this picture has is on the Something Fishy site. Caron is in the low 40 pound range, stumbles when she walks, talks slow due to brain damage, can not control her GI track, and a list of other medical woes plagues her. Standing next to her, I feel HUGE. In fact, I am a normal, thin adult female.

Above far right: Caron's WASTE line, she showed me with pride and fear, wanting a photo to remember this time in her life. Directly above: Caron was the subject of an entire Leeza Gibbons Show, I was on as well, the show did not help her, but only made her more determined. Above left: Caron with a friend & former Rader staff, one of the many who tried to help her during this awful time but eventually had to set boundaries and left Caron's life (she can be quite toxic). To the Left: Caron is not throwing up, she is sticking out her tongue at the remains of a burned tee-shirt and pile of letters, which we burned in attempt to cleanse of Caron's life. One of many therapeutic attempts that never seemed to be enough to conqure Caron's inner demons.
